Sports, sports, sports.....

Today began with a sport, and ended with a sport...it was a day of sports!!!! Luckily it was a very nice fall day....Michael was up bright and early today as he had a game that began at 9am!...he played well, had some good tackles and a nice catch...After the games (they play an A game (with the better players)...and than a B game (so the rest of the kids get to play))....Michael plays on the B team...he is still learning and even though he looks like he is growing, which he is, there are taller and bigger and faster kids than he, so he plays B team and learns and watches.(he is #26)...after his games, we headed home, ate lunch, relaxed, folded some laundry (well, I folded laundry)...and than we headed off to Nick's ice hockey game (photos to follow)!!! (I know!!! 2 posts in one day of events that took place today!!!!)...I am so proud of myself...anyways..it was a day full of sports and as I sit here typing this, we are yet still watching sports...Penn State is playing right now...so I will sign off and actually go get myself another beer!..Cheers!!

A day of sports...

Nicholas had his 2nd ice hockey game this afternoon/evening. His is doing well and learning every time he goes out on the ice. They beat one of the best teams in the league today...it was a very exciting game! My Uggs came out this afternoon...that rink is cold!...(also had the gloves out too).....

Michael's confirmation!!

Ok, I am so on top of this post!!! Michael was confirmed into our church yesterday afternoon/evening. His Uncle Steve was his sponsor and it was a very nice service. He has now completed his religious education classes---he has been attending 1x a week since 1st grade (he is now in 8th)...during the school year and he is very excited that he is now done. Everyone came back to our house where I made london broils on the grill, a potatoe and pumpking bake and a onion/pepper/mushroom dish...oh and salad and cake!...it was very good and it was great to have everyone togethe!

Coletta's 40th Birthday (from Sept 17th)

So here is Coletta's 40th Birthday party photos...I know, I know......but as you can see, we had a wonderful time and she was completely surprised which was fantastic!...(her party was Sept. 17th)...it was a great night!!!
